Working Hours: 7.30AM-5.00PM From Monday to Friday

Supervision: Under direct supervision of Deputy IT & Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

The Photographer & Videographer is responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of school life, events, and activities on a daily basis, ensuring that the school’s image and branding are consistently represented across marketing and communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture daily photos and videos of students, classrooms, events, and campus life.
• Edit and prepare photos and videos for use in marketing materials, social media, and school publications.
• Collaborate with the Design Officer and Marketing Team to align visuals with the school’s branding and campaigns.
• Maintain an organised library of photo and video content for easy access.
• Support school events by providing real-time coverage and highlights.
• Ensure proper use of equipment, storage, and backup of all media files.
• Stay updated on photography and videography trends to bring fresh ideas to the school’s media content.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the specific field.
• Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Strong eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work during school events outside normal hours if needed.
